The Weekend Concierge role at Bozzuto is an integral part of maintaining this excellent service standard. Working primarily from 4pm to 12am on weekends, the Weekend Concierge serves as the first point of contact for prospects and residents arriving at the community. This position requires a personable, approachable, and professional individual who can create memorable first impressions and develop lasting positive relationships. Success in this role comes from a genuine desire to interact with residents and prospects, making them feel truly at home. The role emphasizes communication skills, attention to detail, and a genuine care for customer satisfaction, including remembering residents’ preferences and building a welcoming atmosphere.
As part of this role, the Weekend Concierge will engage in a variety of duties such as problem-solving, resident assistance, event planning, and fostering community spirit. The concierge is responsible for organizing logistics related to front desk operations, managing package deliveries, and coordinating clubhouse reservations and freight elevator use. Additionally, they help build brand loyalty and community engagement through social media outreach and encouraging residents to share positive reviews online. The role demands a flexible availability to work weekends and evenings and requires a commitment to upholding the company’s high standards in customer service.
This position offers a competitive hourly wage ranging from $21.21 to $23.00, with eligibility for additional bonus opportunities. Job Requirements
- 2+ years experience in a hospitality, retail, travel, or hotel environment
- Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal
- A sharp professional appearance
- Competent with various software, apps, and computer programs

- Encouraging happy customers to share the love by writing reviews on social networking sites
- Organizing front desk logs, package rooms, club room reservations, and freight elevators obsessively
- Working weekends or evenings depending on the shift
