The role at hand is for a Resident Concierge working primarily on weekends from 4pm to 12am. This position serves as the vital first point of contact for residents and prospects, embodying Bozzuto's mission by creating memorable first impressions and fostering positive, ongoing relationships. The Resident Concierge takes pride in personalizing interactions, knowing residents and even their pets by name, and building a genuinely welcoming atmosphere. As an ambassador of the community, the individual helps solve problems, plans engaging events, nurtures brand loyalty, and utilizes social media to generate excitement and positive reviews. This role requires strong organizational skills to manage front desk operations, package rooms, and community spaces efficiently. Bozzuto offers a competitive hourly wage of $21.63, with eligibility for additional bonuses. Job Requirements

  • 2+ years experience in a hospitality, retail, travel or hotel environment
  • outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal
  • sharp professional appearance
  • competent with various software, apps and computer programs
  • an eye for detail and a knack for anticipating a customer's needs
  • a customer-focused mentality
  • ability to lift up to 25 pounds
  • willing to work weekends and evenings
