The role of Resident Concierge at Bozzuto plays a pivotal part in shaping first impressions and fostering positive relationships with prospects and residents. As the first point of contact, the Resident Concierge is tasked with creating an inviting atmosphere that makes everyone feel at home. The ideal candidate is personable and attentive, adept at personalizing interactions and remembering unique details about residents and their preferences, including those of their pets. This role is crucial in building brand loyalty and maintaining a meticulously cared-for community.

Specifically, the Weekend Evening Concierge role operates during the 3:30pm to 11:30pm shifts every Saturday and Sunday, providing vital support in managing community needs during these times. Responsibilities include solving resident and prospect issues with care and timeliness, planning and executing engaging community events that foster a sense of belonging, and generating excitement and awareness through social media channels. Additionally, this position demands meticulous organizational skills to manage front desk logs, package rooms, club room reservations, and freight elevators effectively.

Candidates for this role should have at least two years of experience in hospitality, retail, travel, or hotel environments, showcasing strong communication skills and a professional appearance. Proficiency with various software applications and an eye for detail are essential, alongside a customer-focused mentality and the physical capability to lift packages up to 25 pounds.
