Job Requirements
- meet minimum age to drive in Fullerton
- use an eligible 4-door vehicle for driving riders
- have a valid US driver’s license
- minimum one year licensed driving experience or three years if under 25
- be at least 19 years old for car or scooter delivery
- have a motorized scooter under 50cc for scooter delivery
- be at least 18 years old with government-issued ID for bike or foot delivery
- submit Social Security number for online background check
Job Qualifications
- valid US driver’s license
- meet minimum age requirements (19 or 18 depending on delivery method)
- have a personal Social Security number for background screening
- at least one year of licensed driving experience (three years if under 25)
- ability to operate a 2-door or 4-door vehicle for deliveries
- physical capability to deliver by scooter, bike, or foot where applicable
Job Duties
- provide rides to customers in a safe and timely manner
- pick up and deliver food orders from partnering restaurants
- follow navigation tools and customer directions
- maintain cleanliness and operational condition of the vehicle
- ensure compliance with all traffic laws and Uber policies
- communicate effectively with customers for a positive ride or delivery experience
- manage flexible work hours according to personal schedule
