The role of Resident Concierge at Bozzuto is a vital front-facing position where you act as the primary point of contact for prospects and residents as they come home. The Resident Concierge is responsible for projecting a warm, welcoming atmosphere and creating stellar first impressions that encourage lasting positive relationships. This role requires a natural ability to connect personally with people and to customize every interaction to make residents feel truly at home. You are expected to know the names and preferences of the residents and their pets, and you take great pride in maintaining a meticulously cared-for community environment. The Resident Concierge plays a critical role in problem-solving and providing timely, attentive assistance to residents and prospects.
