The role of Resident Concierge at Bozzuto is a vital front-facing position where you act as the primary point of contact for prospects and residents as they come home. The Resident Concierge is responsible for projecting a warm, welcoming atmosphere and creating stellar first impressions that encourage lasting positive relationships. This role requires a natural ability to connect personally with people and to customize every interaction to make residents feel truly at home. You are expected to know the names and preferences of the residents and their pets, and you take great pride in maintaining a meticulously cared-for community environment. This position offers an opportunity to be the heart of resident engagement and community-building efforts through event planning and social media activities that generate excitement and brand loyalty.

The Resident Concierge plays a critical role in problem-solving and providing timely, attentive assistance to residents and prospects. This role includes organizing community spaces such as front desk logs, package rooms, club rooms, and freight elevators, ensuring smooth operations behind the scenes. You will also be responsible for encouraging residents who have positive experiences to share their feedback on social platforms, amplifying the community's reputation. Working in a dynamic environment, you will be expected to support weekend or evening shifts as needed.   • 2+ years’ experience in a hospitality, retail, travel or hotel environment
  • outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal
  • a sharp professional appearance
  • competent with various software, apps and computer programs
  • an eye for detail and a knack for anticipating a customer’s needs
  • a customer-focused mentality
  • ability to lift up to 25 pounds
