The Weekend Daytime Concierge position at Bozzuto is a vital role within the company’s property operations. Scheduled on Saturdays and Sundays from 7 AM to 3 PM, this role serves as the initial point of contact for both prospects and residents. The Weekend Daytime Concierge is responsible for creating positive first impressions that foster ongoing, warm relationships with everyone who steps into the community. This position demands a natural ability to engage with people and make them feel at home, which is achieved through personalized interactions and attention to individual preferences, including those of residents' pets. The role encompasses a variety of duties such as solving problems efficiently and providing timely assistance, organizing front desk activities, managing package rooms, handling club room reservations, and maintaining logistical operations such as freight elevator coordination.

As a Resident Concierge, the Weekend Daytime Concierge also plays a key role in community building by planning and executing meaningful events and activities that encourage resident engagement and enhance the sense of belonging.
