The Weekend Daytime Concierge role at Bozzuto is a vital position responsible for being the first point of contact for prospective residents and guests during weekend morning and afternoon hours (7 AM to 3 PM, Saturday and Sunday). This role is designed for individuals who naturally create positive first impressions and build ongoing rapport with residents and visitors by personalizing every interaction. The ideal candidate demonstrates a customer-focused mindset, outstanding communication skills, and an affinity for problem-solving and community engagement.

As a Resident Concierge, your key responsibilities include delivering timely assistance and thoughtful service to residents and prospects, facilitating community engagement through event planning, and maintaining exceptional brand loyalty by ensuring the residential community is well-cared-for and welcoming. Additionally, generating excitement and awareness via social media platforms and encouraging satisfied residents to share their positive experiences through reviews are important aspects of the role. The position involves managing logistical tasks such as organizing front desk logs, managing package rooms, coordinating club room reservations, and handling freight elevator scheduling, predominantly on weekends but with occasional evening shifts based on operational needs.

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from $21.98 to $23.09 per hour and includes eligibility for additional performance bonuses.
