Job Requirements
- Pass criminal background check and pre-employment drug test
- Work rotating shifts including every other weekend
- Reliable transportation
- Consistent attendance and punctuality
- Ability to follow health and safety regulations

Job Qualifications
- Proven background as a cook
- Experience in high-volume, institutional, or healthcare cooking is a plus
- Strong knowledge of kitchen equipment, food preparation, and safety principles
- Ability to follow standardized recipes
- Positive and compassionate attitude towards serving seniors
- Punctual and reliable
Job Duties
- Prepare and cook delicious meals following set menus while ensuring dietary needs are met
- Uphold highest standards of sanitation and organization following all health codes
- Assist with inventory and minimize food waste
- Ensure kitchen runs efficiently
- Collaborate with Dining Services team to provide resident-focused dining experience
- Follow and scale standardized recipes accurately
- Maintain punctuality to ensure timely meal service
