Job Duties

  • Demonstrate a complete understanding of menu items and recipes
  • Understand and adhere to proper food handling, safety and sanitation guidelines
  • Prepare food neatly, according to recipe, and in a timely manner
  • Present quality products at all times and maintain a neat and clean work area
  • Maintain adequately stocked workstations, restocking as needed
  • Attend special meetings as scheduled by the Restaurant Manager
