We are currently seeking a Weekend Concierge who will serve as the first point of contact for residents, families, and visitors during the weekend hours. This role is essential in maintaining the welcoming and secure environment of our assisted living community. The Weekend Concierge will work every Saturday and Sunday from 8 am to 5 pm, playing a key role in supporting the daily operations of the facility during these hours. This position requires someone who is dependable, friendly, and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining a professional demeanor.
As a Weekend Concierge at The Pointe Assisted Living, you will be responsible for greeting residents and visitors, answering phone calls, managing security protocols, and assisting with administrative duties. Your role will include monitoring building access, maintaining visitor logs, and ensuring that resident requests are communicated promptly to the appropriate staff members. You will also support the coordination of weekend activities and respond to emergencies following established procedures. Job Requirements
- Weekend availability for the entirety of scheduled shifts
- Ability to communicate effectively with residents, families, and staff

Job Duties
- Greet residents, visitors, and vendors in a warm and professional manner
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls and respond to general inquiries

- Assist residents with general requests and communicate needs to appropriate staff
- Support coordination of weekend activities and services as needed
- Perform light administrative duties, including documentation and reporting
