Job Requirements

- Must be able to communicate clearly in verbal and written English
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail

Job Duties
- Greeting residents, families, guests, and team members with warmth and professionalism
- Answering a multi-line phone system and directing all inbound calls to the correct person
- Responding promptly to inquiries and providing information about community events, activities, and local amenities
- Monitoring community access, managing sign-in book, and ensuring safety protocols are followed
- Assisting in scheduling transportation, food deliveries, event reservations, and work orders
- Managing the lobby to ensure it is neat and orderly
- Managing resident deliveries such as packages and food deliveries
- Assisting in minor administrative work
