Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years experience in customer service or hospitality role with accounts payable experience preferred
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Excellent attention to detail and multitasking abilities
- Ability to work independently and make sound judgment decisions
- Reliability and dependability willing to work weekends and holidays

- Minimum of 2 years experience in customer service or hospitality with accounts payable experience preferred

Job Duties
- Manage the daily operations of the front desk including scheduling assigning tasks and ensuring customer service excellence
- Manage accounts payable including reviewing invoices ensuring timely payment and maintaining vendor relationships
- Greet and assist residents and guests providing information about the retirement home and its services
- Respond to resident requests and concerns escalating issues to management as needed
- Coordinate and manage transportation services for residents including scheduling drivers and maintaining logs
- Maintain accurate resident records ensuring confidentiality
- Manage package delivery and mail services
- Assist with planning and coordinating resident events and activities
- Maintain a neat and professional front desk area ensuring all equipment is in working order
- Perform other duties as assigned by management
