Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in customer service or hospitality role with accounts payable experience preferred
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and multitasking abilities
  • Ability to work independently and make sound judgment decisions
  • Reliability and dependability willing to work weekends and holidays

  • Minimum of 2 years experience in customer service or hospitality with accounts payable experience preferred

  • Reliability and dependability with a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays

Job Duties

  • Manage the daily operations of the front desk including scheduling assigning tasks and ensuring customer service excellence
  • Manage accounts payable including reviewing invoices ensuring timely payment and maintaining vendor relationships
  • Greet and assist residents and guests providing information about the retirement home and its services
  • Respond to resident requests and concerns escalating issues to management as needed
  • Coordinate and manage transportation services for residents including scheduling drivers and maintaining logs
  • Maintain accurate resident records ensuring confidentiality
  • Manage package delivery and mail services
  • Assist with planning and coordinating resident events and activities
  • Maintain a neat and professional front desk area ensuring all equipment is in working order
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management
