Job Requirements
- must be 19 years of age or older
- availability to work on weekends
- ability to obtain Food Handler’s permit
- willingness to perform physical tasks including lifting and standing for long periods
- adherence to cleanliness and food safety protocols
- ability to work flexible hours
- good communication skills
Job Qualifications
- prior experience in food preparation or cooking
- ability to use computer POS systems
- strong multitasking and organizational skills
- good communication and customer service skills
- knowledge of food safety standards
- ability to work effectively in a team
- flexibility to work weekends and varied shifts
Job Duties
- Prep work and cook
- prepare concessions for the day by opening the kitchen
- get foods started and portion and prep food
- perform occasional prep for catering like taco bars and sandwich platters
- work with computer POS system
- deliver orders to customers and sometimes take orders
- clean and stock the area
- do dishes and wipe down tables
- pick up trash
- assist bar staff and front desk when needed
- maintain cleanliness and follow proper food safety habits
