- Ability to work weekends and flexibility for additional shifts during the week
- Basic proficiency in cash handling and customer service
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks

Job Duties
- Greet guests enthusiastically with a friendly smile
- Accurately record orders using a cash register
- Collect payment from guests and make change
- Demonstrate complete understanding of menu items and explain them accurately
- Meet guests' needs and resolve food or service issues
- Interact with guests to ensure high-quality experiences
- Understand and adhere to food handling, safety and sanitation guidelines
- Prepare quality ice cream products, assemble food and beverage orders, and check for accuracy
- Present quality products consistently and maintain a clean work area
- Maintain adequately stocked workstations and restock as needed
- Attend special meetings as scheduled by the Restaurant Manager
