Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Experience in hospitality or service industry preferred
- Knowledge of drink preparation
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to follow instructions and meet deadlines

Job Qualifications
- Experience in hospitality, service, consumer-facing franchise or related field preferred
- Knowledge of drink preparation and previous bartender experience preferred

- Ability to follow instructions, complete assigned tasks, and meet deadlines
- Consistently provide friendly service with a smile
- Flexibility to work days, nights, holidays, and weekends based on hotel needs
- Punctuality in arrival and departure times for scheduled shifts
- Ability to clock in/out for breaks at scheduled times
- Provide sufficient notice when unable to work scheduled shifts
Job Duties
- Greet guests happily upon arrival and throughout their stay with a smile
- Use guests' names whenever possible to enhance their experience
- Work collaboratively to maintain high guest satisfaction scores
- Handle challenging guest situations with hospitality and urgency
- Maintain strong knowledge of hotel facilities and amenities
- Support groups and events held at the hotel
- Demonstrate understanding of relevant role-specific technology
- Answer incoming phone calls professionally with approved greeting
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of front and back of house workspaces
- Participate in cleaning guest rooms and public spaces as needed
- Always greet guests while performing cleaning duties
- Complete operational checklists accurately and on time each shift
- Prepare accurate and timely shift handover reports
- Wear clean, approved uniform, display nametag, and maintain grooming standards
- Communicate clearly, honestly and professionally with team members
- Exhibit a can-do attitude and willingness to meet business needs
- Collaborate with team members to maintain a welcoming environment and positive workplace
- Greet guests and describe food and beverage options clearly
- Maintain proper setup and organization of the bar area
- Stock beer, wine, spirits, paper products, condiments, and fresh produce
- Mix, garnish and present drinks following standard recipes and portion control
- Attend monthly departmental meetings
- Input orders and process payments using POS system
- Manage cash transactions accurately and ensure proper documentation
- Securely lock and store beverages and equipment
- Clean and sanitize bar area
- Complete daily inventory prep and other side work tasks
- Maintain knowledge of current menu offerings
- Ensure compliance with food safety policies including product rotation and labeling
- Assist in maintaining restaurant and surrounding area cleanliness
- Demonstrate knowledge of hotel hours and amenities
- Work effectively with service and kitchen teams
