Job Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year experience in a similar role
- Degree in psychology or kinesiology preferred but not mandatory
- Strong communication skills
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Basic understanding of computer programs

Job Duties
- Host daily activities and interactive sessions for residents
- Use the community vehicle to transport residents as needed
- Educate, train, and encourage team members on personalized activity opportunities
- Meet and greet each resident upon move-in to foster community bonding
- Decorate common areas for special events and holidays
- Take attendance and photographs of daily activities, creating lasting memories
- Ensure understanding and adherence to all regulations regarding residents' rights
- Attend training sessions and engage in continuous learning
- Perform other duties as assigned
