Known for its soaring ceilings, exposed brick and wooden beams, and stunning views of the Hudson River, Evermore Hall provides an elegant and romantic setting that is ideal for memorable weddings and various celebratory events. Dedicated to creating unforgettable experiences, the venue combines timeless architectural beauty with a flexible space that can accommodate a range of event types and sizes. Evermore Hall takes pride in offering impeccable service, attention to detail, and a professional atmosphere that elevates the overall event experience.

We are currently looking for an experienced Venue Manager to join our team for a unique opportunity that begins with a one-year training program alongside the Ownership Team and a venue consultant. This role is designed for someone who is passionate about hospitality and event management, with the ambition to eventually take full ownership of the venue's day-to-day operations. During the initial year, the Venue Manager will be trained extensively on the venue's Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), client communication strategies, event flows, and vendor coordination. The position requires someone who can seamlessly blend strong sales skills with operational expertise to ensure both the clients' and vendors' needs are anticipated and met.

The Venue Manager will act as the face of Evermore Hall's event business, cultivating professional relationships with vendors, clients, and partners while orchestrating smooth event execution. The role involves comprehensive oversight of event management, from the planning and sales process to the logistics and on-site execution. The ideal candidate will be organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple facets of event operations, sales outreach, and administrative duties. Familiarity with industry tools such as Google Suite and event management software like Prismm and Perfect Venue is beneficial. This position offers a dynamic, fast-paced environment with an emphasis on leadership, teamwork, and customer satisfaction. Flexibility in schedule, including availability during evenings, weekends, and holidays, is essential.
