The Wedding Planner role at Walters Weddings is integral to the successful execution of weddings, acting as both coordinator and client liaison. This full-time position demands availability during weekends, evenings, and holidays, aligning with the nature of wedding events. The role offers competitive compensation with a base salary plus uncapped commission, where earning potential ranges between $60,000 and $70,000 annually. The Wedding Planner will be responsible for building strong client relationships by understanding their vision, responding to inquiries promptly, and organizing every aspect of the wedding planning journey—from vendor collaboration and product knowledge to rehearsal leadership and day-of coordination.

Job Requirements
- Lifting up to 15 lbs, and walking/standing 8-10 hours
- Submit/complete background check
- Have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Must be eligible to work in the United States
- Walters Hospitality participates in E-Verify
- Full-time availability including weekends, evenings, and holidays
Job Qualifications
- Previous experience in event planning or wedding planning
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in CRM software and Google Drive
Job Duties
- Build strong connections with clients by understanding their desires and transforming their wedding dreams into reality at extraordinary venues
- Respond to client inquiries within 24 hours
- Work closely with internal vendors to enhance the bridal experience, leveraging your knowledge of our product offerings
- Stay informed about our products to impress clients and become their trusted resource for all things wedding-related
- Organize planning meetings, collect event details, and adhere to the sales process to ensure a structured approach
- Complete CRM tasks promptly for diligent client account management, including handling payments and invoices
- Lead wedding rehearsals to prepare clients for their big day
- Act as the primary Wedding Planner on event days, ensuring every detail aligns with the client’s vision and providing a 5-star experience
- Attend weekly meetings and efficiently schedule tasks to stay organized and aligned with team goals
