Physical demands include the ability to lift up to 15 pounds and stand or walk for extended periods, typically 8-10 hours on event days.
The compensation package includes a base salary plus uncapped commission, with an expected annual earning potential ranging from $60,000 to $70,000. Walters Weddings also provides a comprehensive benefits package featuring employer-subsidized medical insurance, dental and vision coverage, a 401k plan with a 4 percent match, unlimited paid time off, a device and phone stipend, and exclusive access to an annual incentive retreat for top performers.
