Job Duties

  • Provide unparalleled service in the implementation of weddings at the estate
  • Deliver exceptional on-site management of wedding day celebrations, including set up, ceremony management, reception management, and event breakdown
  • Execute wedding day timelines with precision and professionalism
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for the Misselwood property for outside vendors, guests, and Misselwood/Endicott College staff
  • Collaborate with vendors and bar staff to flawlessly execute wedding expectations, ensuring an excellent guest and customer experience
  • Oversee the management of beverage service to ensure quality, compliance, and smooth operations
  • Supervise event staff and ensure all set-up, service, and breakdown standards are met
  • Proactively troubleshoot and resolve issues in real time to maintain event flow and client satisfaction
  • Meet with the event team prior to scheduled wedding dates to review timelines, logistics, staffing plans, and operational expectations
  • Participate in pre-event briefings to ensure full alignment on execution details
  • Communicate proactively regarding any anticipated operational needs or concerns prior to the event
