We are currently seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Wedding Coordinator to join our team for an exciting one-day role, providing essential on-site event oversight that ensures every wedding detail is executed perfectly and aligned with the couple's visionary expectations.

The Wedding Coordinator serves as the primary point of contact on the day of the wedding, skillfully orchestrating the event’s logistics from start to finish. This role is pivotal in managing communications between clients, vendors, and venue staff, guaranteeing seamless coordination that results in an extraordinary celebration. Your passion for event planning, combined with exceptional organizational capabilities, will play a crucial role in managing multiple moving parts including venue set-up, catering arrangements, décor, entertainment, and guest accommodations. Not only will you be responsible for maintaining meticulous timelines, but you will also lead on-site staff coordination, promptly resolve any arising issues, and deliver personalized hospitality services that exceed expectations.

Operated within a lively hospitality setting, this paid position offers an excellent opportunity to showcase your project coordination expertise within the wedding sector, with pay ranging from $200 to $350 per day. The role requires being physically present on the wedding day itself, with the potential for brief virtual meetings prior to the event to connect with clients and vendors via Zoom one or two times. Your exceptional communication skills and energetic approach are fundamental in creating a memorable and joyous celebration for the couple and their guests.

  • Ability to manage timelines and staff onsite
  • Availability to work in person on the wedding day

Job Qualifications

  • Proven experience in event planning or coordination within hospitality settings such as hotels, banquet halls, or restaurants
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to liaise confidently with guests, clients, vendors, and team members
  • Exceptional organizational skills capable of managing multiple logistics simultaneously under tight deadlines
  • Prior banquet experience or hotel/restaurant background preferred for understanding guest services and catering logistics
  • Knowledge of catering operations, and hospitality standards essential for seamless event execution

Job Duties

  • Coordinate all aspects of all event logistics including venue setup, catering arrangements, décor, entertainment, guest accommodations
  • Manage timelines meticulously to ensure all preparations are completed on schedule and the event runs smoothly from start to finish
  • Maintain strong communication with vendors and clients through clear communication and exceptional guest services
  • Provide on-site supervision and coordination during the wedding on MAY 16TH to coordinate staff, troubleshoot issues promptly, and ensure guest satisfaction on all aspects
  • Uphold high standards of hospitality by delivering personalized service that exceeds expectations in a fast-paced environment
