Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • experience in events or hospitality preferred
  • ability to work full time including occasional weekends and holidays
  • must have reliable transportation
  • ability to lift up to 40 pounds
  • capacity to navigate indoor and outdoor event locations safely
  • strong communication skills
  • proficiency with technology or willingness to learn
  • ability to work in fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • flexible schedule for event days

Job Qualifications

  • Experience in events or hospitality is preferred
  • experience with invoicing and processing payables and receivables is a plus but training will be provided
  • excellent interpersonal demeanor
  • warm and organized
  • naturally on top of things
  • ability to juggle details while exuding positivity
  • ability to protect the client experience
  • must have reliable transportation
  • ability to work primarily from South City office
  • must have flexible availability to work occasional weekend and holiday events
  • ability to safely navigate office and off-site event locations including indoor and outdoor environments
  • ability to lift up to 40 pounds and be on feet moving and hustling during events
  • ability to communicate and work in fast-paced settings with potential noise and light triggers
  • proficiency with or ability to learn technology and basic business applications

Job Duties

  • Work directly with clients to help shape their event vision and guide them through options and decisions
  • act as the main point of contact for clients and vendors, managing communication and event logistics
  • organize communication and coordinate details throughout the event planning cycle
  • manage event timelines, keeping all details organized and on track
  • coordinate full event days, ensuring smooth execution and client satisfaction
  • handle various administrative tasks including checklists, emails, and scheduling
  • maintain a positive, professional demeanor while juggling multiple priorities
