- Four-year degree or equivalent experience
- RAMP certification within 90 days of hire
- Minimum two years of related experience and/or training
- Availability to work on weekends
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including event days
- Commitment to maintaining a drug-free workplace

Job Duties
- Develop, oversee, and coordinate exceptional events
- On event days, serve as the client’s primary point of contact and lead a team of skilled, trained staff
- Ensure excellent execution of each event
- Work with the Service Leader who manages front-of-house employee operations
- Guide the culinary team to deliver outstanding cuisine for guests
- Supervise the venue’s cleanliness and organization to ensure it shines
