Job Requirements

Four-year degree or equivalent experience
RAMP certification within 90 days of hire
Minimum two years of related experience and/or training
Availability to work on weekends
Strong communication and leadership skills
Ability to work flexible hours including event days
Commitment to maintaining a drug-free workplace

At least two years of related experience and/or training
Freedom from illegal use of drugs and freedom from use and effects of use of drugs and alcohol in the workplace

Job Duties

Develop, oversee, and coordinate exceptional events
On event days, serve as the client’s primary point of contact and lead a team of skilled, trained staff
Ensure excellent execution of each event
Work with the Service Leader who manages front-of-house employee operations
Guide the culinary team to deliver outstanding cuisine for guests
Supervise the venue’s cleanliness and organization to ensure it shines
