Job Requirements
- Four-year degree or equivalent experience
- At least two years of related experience and/or training
- RAMP certification within 90 days of hire
- Availability to work weekends
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to lead and manage teams
- Detail-oriented approach
- Flexibility to perform additional duties as needed

Job Duties
- Develop, oversee, and coordinate exceptional events
- On event days, serve as the client's primary point of contact and lead a team of skilled, trained staff
- Ensure excellent execution of each event
- Manage front-of-house (FOH) employee operations
- Guide the culinary team to deliver outstanding cuisine for guests
- Supervise the venue's cleanliness and organization
- Collaborate with culinary and operations teams and outside vendors to ensure successful event execution
