The position demands familiarity with performance monitoring tools and utilities like nmon, topas, netstat, vmstat, iostat, and sar to assist with critical performance tuning and troubleshooting efforts.

A vital aspect of this role involves collaboration within the team to assist staff with the installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of IBM WebSphere technologies while documenting enterprise-level SOA standards, best practices, and patterns. The candidate must be proficient in patching Oracle WebLogic for PeopleSoft environments and ensuring comprehensive support and problem resolution across all SOA environments.
