This ambitious group is anchored by a rich blend of talent, innovative teamwork, and a culture built on loyalty and respect. They pride themselves on being a creative enterprise with a strong, aggressive growth strategy, seeking leaders who are like-minded and dedicated to excellence as they expand their footprint in the restaurant industry. One of the flagship restaurants under their umbrella is the White Dog Cafe, a celebrated establishment known for award-winning contemporary American cuisine, deep civic engagement, and strong environmental sustainability practices.
White Dog Cafe Wayne, opened in 2010 on the Main Line, is renowned for delivering a warm and inviting dining experience surrounded by charming dog-themed decor and artwork that enhances its unique ambiance. The restaurant features four distinct dining spaces each with their own character, including the Den and Bar with its mahogany coffered ceiling and dog-themed art, the Garden Room with floral prints and antique lighting, the Library with whimsical flying book motifs, and the Kitchen area showcasing reclaimed floors and copper pans. Under the leadership of Chef Greg Maloney, the menus are thoughtfully crafted and updated monthly to incorporate the freshest local and seasonal ingredients, reflecting a commitment to culinary innovation and sustainability.
The Executive Chef role at Fearless Restaurant Group is a prestigious and impactful leadership position requiring a positive, professional, and creative culinary expert. This leader will be heavily involved in designing seasonal menus and driving a culture of excellence and growth within their kitchen team. The ideal Executive Chef is energized by the challenge of daily leadership, committed to inspiring and mentoring their team while promoting organization, professionalism, and attention to detail. The role is designed for individuals who continuously seek growth opportunities and refuse to settle for mediocrity, making it an exciting opportunity for driven chefs wanting to make a significant impact at a growing and respected hospitality group.
Employment for the Executive Chef is full-time with an attractive salary range of $90,000 to $120,000 annually plus the potential for an additional bonus of up to $15,000. This position includes substantial employee benefits, work-life balance through two consecutive days off per week, and a set work schedule to ensure predictability. The role is ideal for individuals passionate about advancing their culinary careers within a company that values creativity, sustainability, and social responsibility. Fearless Restaurant Group offers a vibrant and supportive work environment where leadership is cultivated, and employees are encouraged to thrive both professionally and personally.
