Job Requirements
- must have at least 2 years of upscale service experience preferred
- knowledge of craft cocktails and whiskey preferred
- ability to work in high volume settings preferred
- deep knowledge and love for food required
- must have an affinity for bacon
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to work flexible hours in a fast-paced environment
Job Qualifications

Job Duties

- share stories about local farmers, farm-to-table practices, and craft cocktail techniques
- confidently guide the guest experience using persuasion without pressure
- adapt quickly to the fast-paced restaurant environment while maintaining thoughtfulness in planning
- demonstrate a strong sense of urgency and initiative to complete tasks efficiently
- collaborate effectively with team members to ensure smooth service
- maintain deep knowledge of menu items, craft cocktails, and whiskey to inform and enhance guest interactions
