Job Requirements
- Must be at least 16 years of age
- Must be available to work weekends and holidays
- Must be able to successfully obtain a Texas Food Handlers Certification
Job Qualifications
- Clear, thoughtful communicator with strong listening skills
- Strong customer service and basic math skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Must be able to successfully obtain a Texas Food Handlers Certification
- Must be at least 16 years of age
Job Duties
- Communicates information clearly while building positive working relationships
- Accurately collects payments by accepting coupons, cash, check and credit card payments via a Point-of-Sale system
- Courteously greets and assists all guests
- Follows all food safety rules and maintains a clean and sanitary environment
- Balances cash drawer by counting cash at the beginning and end of work shift
- Provides information to Seguin Wave Pool guests by answering questions and requests
- Manages all Season Pass holder passes and incentives
- Maintains checkout operations by following policies and procedures and reporting any discrepancies
- Maintains a safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules and regulations
- Contributes to a team environment by accomplishing other duties, as needed
