Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- A minimum of one-year related experience or equivalent combination of training and experience
- Follow written and verbal directions
- Demonstrate aptitude or competence for assigned responsibilities
- Ability to effectively read, write and communicate in English
- Exhibits an energetic demeanor with a caring, compassionate attitude
- Possesses sound organizational and time management skills
- Possesses good judgment, problem solving and decision-making skills

Job Duties
- Arrives to work on time and attends work on a regular basis with minimal absences
- Completes an hour-by-hour log
- Routinely inspect the parking garage area for any suspicious activities
- Watchmen are the first to respond to incidents and emergencies in the parking garage
- If a watchman observes an incident on the premises, it is his duty to take charge of the situation
- Manage administrative tasks such as directing guests
- Maintains a record of all activities observed daily on the premises and deliver to the executive director to keep them apprised of daily status
- Other duties as assigned by executive director
