Job Description
Our company is a rapidly growing service organization dedicated to providing exceptional property management support services, particularly focusing on maintaining clean and orderly environments in residential complexes. We pride ourselves on employing a team that upholds extremely high standards in the quality of their work, ensuring each community is comfortable, clean, and well cared for. Our core values revolve around dependability, efficiency, love for what we do, truthfulness, and adaptability. These values shape everything we do and are the foundation upon which we foster trust and respect among employees and clients alike.
As a part-time valet team member, you will play an essential role in maintaining the cleanliness and order of apartment complexes on a weekly basis. This position operates Sunday through Thursday from 7:00 pm to approximately 8:00 pm, offering a flexible schedule for those seeking part-time employment. The starting pay is $330 biweekly, with paychecks distributed every two weeks. Additionally, this role includes paid holidays, reinforcing our commitment to valuing our employees' time both at work and outside of it.
The role focuses on providing high-quality service and demands a high degree of ownership and autonomy since valets often work as the sole representatives at their assigned customer locations. In this position, you will be responsible for going door-to-door within designated apartment complexes to collect trash and recycling from residents’ containers and properly transferring them to on-site dumpsters or compactors. Maintaining the aesthetic and hygiene standards of the community entails picking up any stray litter around the property as well as documenting any instances where residents do not comply with waste disposal guidelines.
As a trusted entity in the community, valets are empowered to take initiative and perform their duties with the understanding that they have the authority to do what they believe is right to serve the customer best. We value employees who build strong connections with their coworkers that extend beyond regular work hours, creating a supportive and collaborative environment. Valet team members are expected to embody our five core values and contribute positively to the overall reputation and success of the company.
This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who thrive in dynamic environments, can work independently, and embrace responsibility. We are seeking candidates with valid drivers’ licenses, active auto insurance, the ability to work in inclement weather, and a smartphone with a data plan and a working camera, as these tools are essential for documentation and communication. The ideal candidate will be dependable, efficient, respectful, and adaptable to various situations.
Overall, this role represents much more than traditional janitorial work; it involves building relationships, supporting community standards, and ensuring a positive living experience for residents. If you possess the qualities aligned with our core company values, are motivated to take ownership of your work, and want to grow professionally and personally, this could be the perfect job for you.
