Job Requirements
- Ability to work in inclement weather
- Valid driver's license and auto insurance with you as a driver on the policy
- Smartphone with a data plan and working camera
- Availability to work Sunday through Thursday evenings
- Must be dependable and trustworthy
- Physical ability to perform manual labor involved in trash collection and community cleanup
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in property maintenance or waste management preferred
- Ability to work independently
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills
- Valid driver’s license
- Smartphone with data plan and working camera
- Ability to work in various weather conditions
Job Duties
- Go door-to-door collecting trash and recycling from residents' containers at apartment complexes
- Transfer collected waste to the designated on-site dumpster or compactor locations
- Clean up any loose trash around the community to maintain cleanliness
- Document any resident non-compliance related to waste disposal policies
- Communicate effectively with management and coworkers to report issues and coordinate services
- Work independently with authority and autonomy to ensure customer satisfaction
- Perform additional duties as assigned to support overall community maintenance
