Job Requirements
- Valid driver's license and auto insurance with you as a driver on the policy
- smartphone with a data plan and working camera
- ability to work in inclement weather
- availability to work Sunday through Thursday from 7:00 pm to approximately 8:00 pm
- capability to perform physical labor including trash collection and community cleanup
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- prior experience in property maintenance or customer service is a plus
- ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- reliable and punctual
- capable of handling physical tasks
- possess a valid driver's license and auto insurance
Job Duties
- Go door-to-door collecting trash and recycling from each resident's container
- transfer collected trash to the correct on-site dumpster or compactor
- clean up loose trash around the community
- document any resident non-compliance
- work independently at customer locations
- maintain high standards of customer service
- adhere to company core values in daily tasks
