Job Requirements

High school degree or equivalent preferred
Experience operating industrial laundry equipment preferred
Ability to lift and maneuver slings or carriers weighing up to 220 lbs
Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull items weighing up to 50 lbs
Ability to stand and walk for long periods
Willingness to work shift schedules including weekends and overtime
Ability to follow safety protocols and procedures

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Ability to understand training, written, and verbal instructions
Knowledge of basic math skills
Good verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Ability to meet attendance schedule

Job Duties

Check all machine safety devices before operating equipment and record and sign equipment safety form
Retrieve and maneuver slings to washer’s rails and overhead feed rail for dryers
Verify batch tickets to avoid mixing lots and stage similar batches together
Position washer/dryer in proper loading position, load slings into machines, select formulas, and start machines
Enter batch ticket weight into SOFTROL system and transport slings to hoist staging area
Unload washers and dryers, ensure proper moisture levels, re-dry if necessary, and store cleaned items appropriately
Maintain safe and clean work environment and observe best practices in production activities
