The RV Valet position is a critical role within the service and sales operations of the dealership. This role requires a responsible and detail-oriented individual who will be responsible for the safe and efficient movement of RVs in and out of the service area, as well as transporting them to and from customer locations or other dealership sites. The RV Valet's work ensures that vehicles are handled with care and prepared thoroughly to meet the high standards set by the company. Additionally, the role involves maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the service area to optimize workflow and uphold the company’s reputation for quality and customer satisfaction.

Beyond moving vehicles, the RV Valet plays an essential housekeeping role, including washing and detailing both the interior and exterior of RV coaches. They perform pre-departure inspections such as battery checks, water level assessments, tire pressure adjustments, and refrigerator operation to ensure all units are fully functional and safe for delivery or storage. The valet must also collaborate effectively with sales and service teams to meet customer needs promptly and professionally. Quality control is a key aspect of the position, requiring the valet to perform thorough spot checks to verify that each RV meets the dealership’s stringent standards prior to customer release. Working conditions may involve exposure to variable weather, physical activity including standing, walking, bending, and lifting heavy equipment, as well as occasional work at heights with fall protection.
