Job Requirements
- high school or equivalent education
- two years experience as food server in full-service restaurant
- must be minimum age to serve alcohol
- maintain neat, clean and well-groomed appearance per standards
- ability to speak, read, write and understand the primary language used in the workplace
- good communication skills both verbal and written
- basic computational ability
- basic computer skills
- ability to lift trays weighing up to 50 pounds regularly
- ability to push and pull carts and equipment weighing up to 250 pounds
- ability to stand and exert mobility for up to four hours
- ability to work in varying temperature conditions including extreme temperatures
- attendance at all scheduled training sessions and meetings
- comply with hotel rules and regulations
Job Qualifications

- must be minimum age to serve alcohol
- good communication skills both verbal and written

- knowledge of appropriate table settings and service ware
- ability to describe all menu items, prices and methods of preparation

Job Duties
- take orders for and serve all food and beverage requests using suggestive selling techniques
- clear tables during service
- control guest checks and secure proper payment
- ensure station and table set-ups are complete
- perform various side duties as assigned by the outlet supervisor
- maintain proper condition and cleanliness of dining areas and servicing equipment
- attend all scheduled training sessions and meetings
