Job Requirements

  • Must be over 18 years of age
  • High school education or equivalent preferred
  • Two years of previous warehouse experience preferred
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Basic reading, writing, and arithmetic skills
  • Basic computer skills
  • Manual dexterity for operating machinery
  • Able to lift up to 50 lb and frequently carry objects up to 35 lb
  • Valid driver’s license required for some locations

Job Duties

  • Receive and inspect products, accurately label items, report discrepancies in deliveries and invoices
  • Organize and store incoming products in assigned locations, apply FIFO inventory controls for perishable products
  • Operate manual pallet jack, electric pallet jack, and/or forklifts after training
  • Pick inventory to assemble orders, supplies, and equipment for requisitions or par levels
  • Follow all Standard Operating Procedures to meet accuracy and production standards
  • Load, unload, and transport products and materials to different warehouse areas or client locations using carts, PIVs, or motor vehicles
  • Conduct routine physical inventory counts based on established schedules
  • Complete administrative duties including inventory count documents, temperature and spoilage logs, equipment inspections accurately
  • Clean assigned work areas such as restrooms, break areas, loading docks, freight elevators, and delivery platforms
  • Implement all safety policies including OSHA requirements, SDS standards, and emergency procedures
  • Use all required safety and personal protective equipment
  • Ensure security of client and company assets
  • Interact professionally with clients, employees, vendors, customers, and guests
  • Attend meetings as required
