Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- 1 year of warehouse or related experience preferred
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
- Ability to operate forklifts safely
- Ability to follow instructions
- Flexibility to work extended hours, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to work in various weather conditions and around machinery noise
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Forklift certified
- Ability to read and write in English
- Ability to follow verbal and written instructions
- Demonstrated mechanical abilities
- General knowledge of automobile components
- Willingness to cross-train in other departments
Job Duties
- Load and unload trucks using forklifts and hand jacks
- Perform scheduled forklift inspections and maintain operation logs
- Deliver packages and parts to appropriate departments
- Inspect and review rejected parts from VPC/Heavy departments
- Store and track GM parts and materials
- Assist with shipping, receiving, and inventory reconciliation
- Break down used pallets and boxes
- Conduct daily warehouse inspections and report issues
- Work in throw-in department distributing accessory parts as needed
