Job Requirements
- High school degree
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work under limited supervision
- Ability to learn and use MS Office applications
- Familiarity with PRISM or ERP environments
- Physical ability to perform manual labor tasks
- Ability to follow safety protocols and work instructions strictly
- Willingness to work collaboratively with team members and supervisors
Job Qualifications

- Ability to work under limited supervision
- Ability to learn and use MS Office applications (e.g., Word and Excel)
- Familiarity with PRISM or ERP environments
- Experience in warehouse operations preferred
- Ability to operate a forklift preferred
- Knowledge of inventory control procedures preferred
- Compatibility with hiring of young workers preferred
Job Duties
- Follow all work instructions and safety rules without exception
- Carry out internal product transfers using FIFO methodology
- Take raw material samples for Quality Control when requested
- Store items properly and rotate stock according to procedures
- Notify supervisor of any non-conforming products received
- Load and unload trucks, containers, and road tankers (bulk and packed)
- Inspect trucks/containers/road tankers to ensure product integrity
- Prepare orders accurately and place them in the delivery area
- Maintain up-to-date paperwork, ensuring all documents are signed and dated
- Keep the working area clean and dispose of used containers appropriately
- Maintain warehouse equipment in clean, working condition and report defects
- Communicate and cooperate with supervisor, coworkers, and other departments
- Complete daily forklift checklist
- Perform other duties as requested by the Supervisor
