Job Requirements
- Up to 1 year of work related experience
- ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals
- follow standard procedures with no decision making involved
- use guidance and guidelines provided by supervisor or manager
- assignments and priorities provided by supervisor or manager
- ability to lift up to 75 pounds
- ability to stand, walk, push, pull, squat, bend, reach, climb stairs, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or sit for extended periods
- willingness to work 5 pm to 2 am shift
- ability to work in cramped spaces or awkward positions
- ability to comply with safety standards
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- prior experience in warehouse or similar work environment
- experience operating powered industrial trucks such as forklifts or order pickers preferred
- basic computer skills
- ability to communicate basic messages orally
- ability to write brief messages and keep simple records
Job Duties
- Receive and put away inbound product to designated location
- pick and pull correct product from appropriate locations and deliver to staging area or delivery truck
- operate manual and powered equipment to transport product in and about warehouse
- sort and place parts and supplies on racks, shelves, or in bins according to predetermined sequence
- maintain orderliness and housekeeping of assigned work areas
- comply with established company policies and procedures
- assume other duties as assigned
