Job Requirements
- Up to 1 year of work related experience
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals
- Basic computer skills
- Ability to communicate basic messages orally and in writing
- Able to follow standard procedures with no decision making involved
- Uses guidance/guidelines provided by supervisor/manager
- Assignments/priorities provided by supervisor/manager
- Must be able to lift up to 75 pounds
- Willingness to work early morning shifts Monday through Friday from 3:00 AM to 11:30 AM
- Ability to work in physically demanding and occasionally hazardous conditions
- May be required to travel periodically including overnight stays
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma/GED preferred
- Experience in warehouse or similar work environment preferred
- Prior experience operating powered industrial trucks such as forklifts or order pickers preferred
- Ability to communicate basic messages orally and write brief messages and keep simple records
- Basic computer skills
- Ability to follow standard operating procedures with minimal decision making
- Able to work effectively under supervision using provided guidance
Job Duties
- Receive and put away inbound product to designated location
- Pick/pull correct product from the appropriate locations and delivering to staging area/delivery truck
- Operate a manual/powered equipment to transport product in and about warehouse
- Sort and place parts and supplies on racks, shelves, or in bins according to predetermined sequence
- Maintain orderliness and housekeeping of assigned work areas
- Comply with established company policies and procedures
- Assume other duties as assigned
