Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to regularly lift 50 plus pounds and occasionally up to 75 pounds
- Ability to stand for prolonged periods and perform repetitive bending and reaching
- Must wear required safety equipment including steel toe boots, safety glasses, and gloves
- Ability to follow safety regulations as per Hilti and OSHA policies
- Willingness to work Monday through Friday from 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM with a one-hour lunch
- Must be able to tolerate a warehouse environment with temperature control and exposure to noise, dust, and other particles
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience with inventory or warehouse operations preferred
- Comfortable using computers and software tools
- Ability to operate warehouse material handling equipment such as pallet jacks
- Effective oral communication skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Commitment to workplace safety and adherence to OSHA guidelines
Job Duties
- Unpack incoming customer shipments and prepare tools for the next stage in the repair process
- Accurately log received items using the SAP system
- Prepare and package outbound shipments ensuring proper documentation and labeling
- Complete hazardous materials paperwork for applicable shipments
- Assist in warehousing and inventory control of spare parts and packaging materials
- Organize and replenish packaging supplies to ensure availability and accessibility
- Maintain a clean and orderly work environment in accordance with 5S standards
- Follow all safety protocols and contribute to continuous improvement using LEAN practices
- Support team goals by completing tasks efficiently and meeting key performance indicators
- Participate in cross-functional tasks and other duties as assigned
