Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- 3-5 years of warehouse experience including leadership
- basic computer skills with proficiency in Word, Excel, email, ERP systems
- physical ability to lift 25+ lbs regularly
- strong communication skills
- proactive and solutions-oriented attitude
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities
Job Qualifications
- 3-5 years of warehouse experience with leadership experience required
- strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- experience with receiving, inventory control, and logistics coordination
- comfortable communicating with vendors and customers
- basic computer proficiency (Word, Excel, email, ERP systems)
- ability to lift 25+ lbs regularly
- reliable, proactive, and solutions-oriented mindset
Job Duties
- Oversee and participate in receiving, inspection, and inventory intake
- verify incoming shipments against purchase orders
- identify and resolve damaged or incorrect shipments with vendors
- coordinate and schedule deliveries with customers
- communicate delivery details clearly to drivers
- stage and prepare large equipment orders
- lead and support warehouse staff (4 direct reports) to maintain productivity and accountability
- maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment
- plan efficient delivery routes and manage timelines
- serve as the point of contact for operational issues and problem-solving
- track and improve operational efficiency and inventory accuracy
- develop and enhance warehouse workflows and systems
