The Warehouse Supervisor role at RealCold is vital to the smooth and effective operations within one of its cold storage facilities. This position involves directing and coordinating the daily responsibilities of the warehouse team to optimize processes, guarantee safety compliance, and maintain product quality. As a salaried, exempt position, the Warehouse Supervisor will supervise and coordinate the storage and distribution processes, ensuring that orders are fulfilled efficiently and accurately. The role demands strong leadership skills to cultivate a positive work environment and healthy team culture, working collaboratively with other team members. The supervisor also plays a key role in promoting a culture of safety and continuous improvement in warehouse operations.

Key responsibilities include assigning personnel to daily tasks, coaching and administering corrective actions when necessary, monitoring attendance and performance, and fostering flexibility through cross-training.
