Job Requirements

Minimum 5 years of warehouse or logistics supervisory experience
Proficient in Microsoft Outlook and Excel
Inventory system experience preferred
Strong organizational and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication and leadership abilities
Detail-oriented with a hands-on approach to problem solving
Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred
Valid driver's license and insurable driving record required
Open availability including evenings, weekends, and overtime during peak seasons
Able to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand, walk, bend, or kneel for extended periods

Job Duties

Oversee daily warehouse activities including receiving, staging, inventory movement, and dispatch
Partner with Warehouse Manager to meet production timelines and service standards
Train, coach, and hold team members accountable to safety, policy, and performance expectations
Manage timecard accuracy, rest/meal period compliance, and labor scheduling
Support field operations for large event deliveries and multi-truck installs
Ensure equipment is safe, functional, and available for deployment
Enforce warehouse SOPs and identify process improvements
Report and resolve safety incidents, damages, or performance issues
Collaborate with Sales, Dispatch, and Operations teams for seamless execution
Support building and showroom maintenance, cleanliness, and supply inventory
