Job Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of warehouse or logistics supervisory experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Outlook and Excel
- Inventory system experience preferred
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities
- Detail-oriented with a hands-on approach to problem solving
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred
- Valid driver's license and insurable driving record required
- Open availability including evenings, weekends, and overtime during peak seasons
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand, walk, bend, or kneel for extended periods

Job Duties
- Oversee daily warehouse activities including receiving, staging, inventory movement, and dispatch
- Partner with Warehouse Manager to meet production timelines and service standards
- Train, coach, and hold team members accountable to safety, policy, and performance expectations
- Manage timecard accuracy, rest/meal period compliance, and labor scheduling
- Support field operations for large event deliveries and multi-truck installs
- Ensure equipment is safe, functional, and available for deployment
- Enforce warehouse SOPs and identify process improvements
- Report and resolve safety incidents, damages, or performance issues
- Collaborate with Sales, Dispatch, and Operations teams for seamless execution
- Support building and showroom maintenance, cleanliness, and supply inventory
