Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1-2 years of relevant foodservice or hospitality experience
  • Food service certification required
  • Ability to lift heavy objects frequently
  • Availability to work flexible hours including weekends
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills
  • Commitment to maintaining cleanliness and food safety standards

Job Duties

  • Help set up and stock all concession stands and portable locations
  • Maintain company standards of inventory control, sanitation, presentation, and quality
  • Ensure cleanliness of all concession stands by removing all trash and recyclables
  • Rotate food products during stocking to ensure freshness
  • Maintain warehouse upkeep including sweeping, mopping, organizing storage areas and cleaning commissary dishes
  • Work flexible hours including some weekends
  • Assist with setup and breakdown during events
