Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- 1 to 2 years or more in warehouse environment preferred
- ability to comprehend basic math
- strong verbal and written communication skills
- able to work within a diverse work environment
- highly thorough and dependable
- must be punctual and have a good attendance record
- performs work independently with minimal supervision
- possesses a high degree of initiative
- demonstrates a high level of accuracy, even under pressure
- ability to work independently and as a member of a team
- be a team player
- create and maintain professional relationships within all levels of the organization
- operate power equipment in a safe manner
- lift and/or push/pull up to 75 lbs
- twist, stoop, squat, reach above shoulder level and crouch on a frequent basis
- use hands and feet simultaneously and perform repetitive movements
- capable of standing and walking for extended periods of time (at least 2 hours straight, four times in an 8-hour day)

Job Duties
- safely and securely inspect pallets at a rate that meets company standards and in a manner that meets company safety standards
- manually lift 70lb pallets from a stack to a conveyor
- lift pallets for inspection
- ensure that proper inspection and separation is met
- conduct physical inventories as required
- maintain a clean, neat, and orderly work area
- assist in maintaining the security of the warehouse
- conduct operations in a manner that promotes safety
- comply with OSHA and MSDS standards
- wear all safety equipment while repairing pallets
- perform duties within performance measurement guidelines of the contract
- perform other duties as assigned
