Job Requirements

Ability to work assigned schedule and be accountable for assigned tasks
Ability to understand and follow all job requirements and safety guidelines
Must be able to lift, lower, push, pull or carry up to 70 pounds by hand
Must wear safety composite shoes
Ability to walk and stand 100 percent of the time
Must be at least 18 years old
If hired full-time, ability to work additional hours including overtime as needed

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or GED preferred
Prior warehouse or applicable experience preferred including fast-food with headset, stockroom, racking systems, customer service, or package handling
Basic English language skills both verbal and written
Ability to count and use basic arithmetic
Ability to adopt safety procedures quickly and ensure safe work practices
Inclusive team player with strong collaboration skills

Job Duties

Pick and prepare customer orders accurately and timely to meet daily production goals
Scan labels, cut boxes, and restock shelves to prepare work areas for the next shift
Select products, pull and pack totes, cut cases of merchandise, and stock products
Move full totes and cases onto conveyor belts while following safety procedures
Perform general cleaning and maintenance duties inside and outside the facility including cleaning restrooms, vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, dusting furniture, cleaning windows, and removing trash
Adhere to all safety procedures and guidelines in all assigned tasks
Adapt to different warehouse roles as needed to support operations
