Job Requirements

Ability to work assigned schedule and be accountable for assigned tasks
Ability to understand and adhere to all job requirements and safety guidelines
Must be 18 years or older
Ability to lift, lower, push, pull, or carry up to 70 pounds by hand
Must wear safety composite shoes
Ability to walk and stand 100 percent of the time
Basic English verbal and written skills
Willingness to work additional overtime hours if hired full-time

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or GED or equivalent work experience
Prior warehouse or applicable experience including fast-food, stockroom, working with racking systems, customer service, package handling
Basic English language skills both verbal and written
Ability to count and use basic arithmetic skills
Inclusive and collaborative approach with colleagues and customers
Ability to quickly adopt and adhere to safety procedures
Ability to work in a warehouse environment with seasonal temperature changes

Job Duties

Pick and prepare customer orders accurately and timely to meet daily production goals
Pick above ground level while adhering to safety procedures
Scan labels, cut boxes, and restock shelves to prep work area for next shift
Select product, pull, and pack totes
cut cases of merchandise and stock product
Move full totes and cases onto a conveyor belt while following safety procedures
Perform general cleaning and basic maintenance duties inside and outside the facility including cleaning restrooms, vacuuming, mopping floors, dusting furniture, cleaning windows, and collecting trash
Ensure safe work practices and adhere to warehouse safety guidelines
