Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Able to manage physical demands of warehouse work including lifting up to 65 pounds
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Willingness to work flexible hours and adapt to scheduling needs
  • Ability to follow detailed instructions and training procedures
  • Basic computer literacy for training documentation
  • Commitment to safety and quality
  • Ability to work under direct supervision and receive feedback
  • Reliable attendance and punctuality

Job Qualifications

  • 0-2 years of experience preferred
  • BA, BS or equivalent experience in related field preferred
  • Comfortable managing lifting up to 65 pounds

Job Duties

  • Leads group onboarding trainings for new hires on safety, quality control, and warehouse equipment
  • Shadows new associates during initial weeks to assess performance and provide guidance
  • Retrains associates based on identified improvement areas and performance metrics
  • Cross-trains staff to enable flexibility across departments
  • Performs daily responsibilities of experienced associates when not training
  • Conducts individual trainings on equipment proficiency such as forklifts
  • Provides focused on-the-job training to improve team performance and implement operational changes
  • Communicates regularly with supervisors and managers regarding training needs
  • Ensures proper completion of onboarding documentation
  • Participates in EH&S teams to maintain safety training standards
  • Coordinates with EH&S and other stakeholders for training content and documentation
