Job Requirements

  • Associate degree in a relevant field preferred but not required
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in warehouse operations, logistics, or supply chain management
  • Proven experience leading and developing teams
  • Ability to lift up to 75 pounds occasionally
  • Pass security background check
  • Maintain a valid driver’s license
  • Successfully complete drug and alcohol testing

Job Qualifications

  • Associate degree in a relevant field preferred
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in warehouse operations, logistics, or supply chain management with a focus on team leadership and operational efficiency
  • Demonstrated experience managing and developing employee teams including coaching, performance improvement, and executing action plans
  • Proficiency in word processing, email, database management, and internet software
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills for reporting and team coordination

Job Duties

  • Train and ensure employees adhere to all procedures and regulations BCL, customers, and other stakeholders set while upholding safety and quality standards
  • Provide hands-on leadership in a physically demanding environment, fostering a motivated, professional, and customer-focused team aligned with BCL’s Core Values, Mission, and Vision
  • Interact with suppliers, vendors, and other stakeholders to optimize operational performance, ensure quality control standards, and execute daily distribution objectives
  • Identify and resolve operational and maintenance issues to prevent delays, minimize costs, and enhance efficiency, safety, and performance
  • Manage scheduling, enforce company policies fairly, oversee opening and closing procedures, and meet all labor, quality, and delivery commitments
